Chase Bank have just launched a regular saver account that pays 6% their normal savings rate is 4.5% so it is really good but you can put up to £300 a month into their regular saver account. Now, before some of you come at me and say that you can get 8% because yes Santander do pay 8% but only up to £200 a month and they don't have a better normal one if that makes sense. So, what I do or what I've started doing today is I have most of my cash in the Chase Bank 4.5% savings so good, it's got to pay some. And then I've set up an automated payment to put £300 a month into the regular saver. It is these little things that I swear add up and one day you will think that girl was right. I personally wouldn't turn away free money or the chance for my cash to earn more but each to their own.
