Not every tissue culture fits the same setup. This Pink Nobilis was already too tall for one of my humidity dome lids, so instead of forcing it to fit, the quick hack is to stack another cup on top to create a taller humidity chamber. Sometimes the best solution is just adapting the setup to the plant instead of the other way around. For the substrate, I’m still using my go to mix of 50% fluval stratum and 50% perlite inside a self watering cup.
