I spent my birthday in Toronto, Canada, so come with me to the CN Tower for my dinner reservation on my birthday. Is the CN Tower considered a tourist trap because when we first walked in, it was not aesthetically pleasing at all. I didn't realize that there would be a gift shop and a bunch of people walking around. You have to show a confirmation of your reservation multiple times before even getting to the elevator, which goes all the way up to the hundred and something floor. In the elevator, they explain everything to you and as soon as the doors open, you're in the restaurant. I'm so happy that Drew made a note and asked them to please give us a window seat because we have the best seat in the house. The restaurant also slowly rotates, so you go around the entire building for about 75 minutes. Our dinner reservation was at 6 o'clock, but because Portugal was playing at the Toronto stadium, we actually didn't get there until 6:40. It was a perfect time because we tried to do everything slowly so we could watch the sunset. We started off with the oysters, which were very fresh and the views obviously speak for themselves. Next, we got a Caesar salad, which was so good. It reminds me of this place called John and Vinny's that I go to in Los Angeles. 3 out of 10. Next up was our main entree, so we shared a steak. I want to say this was a ribeye steak and then we got a side of mashed potatoes. We always get our steak medium rare and again, this plate was absolutely delicious. I genuinely have no complaints about this place whatsoever. We only got sparkling water because although I'm not drinking, I can still get a mocktail. I just feel like they're always so sugary and it's never really that good or worth the price. So I just stuck with the sparkling water. Now they did get me with this dark chocolate tower. I thought it was going to be much bigger than this. It was pretty good. They didn't have any desserts that really called my attention. I truly don't think I could have had a better birthday dinner at any other restaurant. I absolutely loved this place. Food, views, service, everything was amazing. I swear one thing about us, we always say like, let's go to a lounge afterwards, and then we're always so tired by the end of the night. It was pretty late anyways, but we did end up just going back to the hotel, kicking back. I'll see you guys tomorrow for my last day in Toronto. Thank you for watching. Bye!
