Come with me to get a free set after only 7 days! Why did four nails pop off? I have to take accountability and admit that I have look back at some of my previous sets and I can't believe that I was walking around with nails like that. My biggest thing has always been convenience. So that's really why I prioritize this nail salon. But it's just getting to a point where my nails are paper thin. I guess that the tips aren't sticking on because they're so weak. I know we romanticize all of our girly maintenance, but honestly, this is starting to be draining. I love my girl Sunny, I love the salon, but I told her when I left with that red set that it was too thick. And within five days, they started lifting. But it was only the ones that she put a tip on. I think that I just have to accept that I am a picky client because I just want a natural set that is not lumpy and is not too thick. And now as I'm saying this out loud, I don't even feel like that's being picky. More times than not, I walk out overlooking what I believe to be minor details. When I see my videos from over a year ago, I'm like, wow, I can't believe that I was okay with those thick nails. Today I was so fed up that I just told her cut all of them off, let's just do a very clear base. Unless you're a nail tech, obviously has their own specialty. And I just feel like my girl Sunny is not the best with the oval almond shape. I posted a story the other day asking for you guys to give me your best nail tech recommendations and I'm really going to try some of them out because we're going to go on this journey together. I still love my girl Sunny and I appreciate that she did these for free because she understood. Let me know what you guys think and leave your favorite nail tech down below. Bye.
