It's like selling of buildings. And how much do you make as a real estate agent? That always depends on how much I feel like working that week and the deal flow. And how much your daddy's agents bring me. Sometimes I'll put in like two, three hours a week. Daddy will let me have his commission sometimes. It could be as low as a million dollars to like $70 million. What's the minimum amount someone needs to be comfortable living here? What does minimum mean? I've never had to pay for anything living here, so I don't think it's that expensive of a city. Homeless people look very comfortable lying on the street, so you don't have to make anything.
