I've been a physical therapy aide for five years now and today's my last day. So let's talk about my pay progression these past five years. 2021 I started off making $14 an hour, which I thought was a lot because that was the most I've ever made. And I stayed at that job for a little over two and a half years. So by the time that I quit, I was making $16 an hour. And in 2024, I switched jobs doing the same thing. And they started me at $19 an hour. And about a year into that job, my pay was not within the range. So I complained and they adjusted my pay to $21. Almost right after that, I got my yearly pay increase. So I was making $22.19 cents. We just got our annual bonus paycheck. So now I make $23.14 cents. But my last paycheck at this job, I'll be making salary. Let me know if you guys want to hear more about that.
