My bosses told me that I'm getting a raise February of 2027. So I kind of wanted to share with you guys my salary increase from working at Aldi for almost five years now. Let's get into the video. I also want to preface that I shared this for transparency. Feel free to share your own numbers if you're comfortable with, if not, totally cool. But I started working at Aldi February of 2022 and during this time I was making $17.10 minimum wage was probably $14 around this time. And then during the same year increased to $18.10. Then I got a promotion and that year boosted me up to $20. And in 2023, I was making $20.10 and then it increased to $20.50. In 2024, at the beginning of the year, I was making $23.10 and then it increased to $24.50. In 2025, I was making $25.10 and then in 2026, at the beginning of the year, it increased to $27.75. Which means I am completely maxed out. How it works at Aldi is that you get paid based off of how long you've been in the company or working for the company, depending on when you got hired in, that's your base rate and then you go up from there. But that's a pretty good jump considering minimum wage I believe is $17 in California right now. So that's pretty much it. I love you guys so much. Bye.
