What is Zapier? Zapier is an automation software and I know we use anything all the time. But for simple task, Zapier might actually be the best platform for you. In this video, I'm going to walk you through the interface of Zapier. All right. So when you log in Zapier, you are going to have this interface, right? On the left side, we have Home, Assets, Templates, App connections, MCP servers, History. And Zap. If we click on Create, we can create Zaps, which is automated workflow, Automated data storage, Templates that connect, Forms, Canvas, Zaps visualization, Chatbots, AI-powered chatbot, Agents, AI-powered agent, MCP servers, History. And Zap. In this video, we are not going to create all of these stuff. When you create Zap, that means you want to create your automation workflow. In this section, you can start building your workflow. You can set your trigger and action. You can set your trigger to whatever I want to set it to. It can be our Gmail, it can be our Google Sheet, it can be our Google Calendar, it can be our Slack, it can be our HubSpot, it can be our Mailchimp, it can be our Facebook Lead Ads, it can be our Mailchimp, it can be our Stripe, it can be our Outlook, it can be our Lead Enhancer. The trigger is what starts the Zap. Here you can start building the workflow. You can set your trigger. Select the event that starts your Zap. Action. Select the event that your Zap will run. Let's go back a bit. The next thing you have here is Agent. This is where you can configure the agent to carry out tasks for you. And then you have the Chatbot. We'll talk about the chatbot in the next video. Here you can configure a chatbot to answer questions and reply your client. So if I click on the Chatbot, you are going to see the chatbot interface. Yes, as I said, we'll talk about this in the next video. And then you have your MCP integrations. This is where you can connect your AI to that platform. Whenever you see MCP, it means you can integrate, you can connect your AI to that platform. Okay. Now when you scroll down a bit, there are different templates that you can pick here. This is basic automation that you can pick here. If what you want to do is, if what you want to do is, you can just pick one of these templates and input your data. There are a lot of templates here. You can pick here. If I'm being honest, this is my personal opinion. And when you come down a bit, you are going to see the Zaps you have carried out before. Pick up where you left off. Unfinished Zap workflows. Recently updated. Connect Brightness to the rest of your Zap. And then you have the Copilot. Copilot is a premium app. So this Zap requires a premium free plan. So this Zap requires a premium free plan. Does not include hi by Zapier or support for multi-step Zaps. You can upgrade to professional now to build and publish this Zap. You can also upgrade to pro when you're ready to build it. So, what would you like to do? You can click "build" for "upgrade" to build your first Zap. Email with Copilot. This is the interface of Zapier. As I said, I was a bit fast. That is because I wanted to cover everything within three minutes. Please note that Zapier is not a free platform. That is, you want to learn as a beginner using Zapier, let me know in the comment section. As always, this is my personal opinion. I will see you in the next video. Thank you very much.
