If you live or are visiting Louisville Kentucky and are looking for a good ramen and sushi restaurant HOKKAIDO RAMEN HOUSE & SUSHI Hokkaido's has to be on your list Located right by Iroquois Park Located right by Iroquois Park If you're looking for a refreshing Boba tea if you're looking for a refreshing Boba tea a great sushi roll or spicy ramen a great sushi roll or spicy ramen this is exactly the place you need to go and that's why we're here I started off with the matcha milk tea adding tapioca and I love Boba tea so this was the perfect way to start the meal Logan got a strawberry refresher We ordered the crab rangoon as a starter and it was absolutely perfect It was crisp, light and honestly I'm still thinking about it Then came what we are all here for We ordered two sushi rolls and two bowls of ramen because the crab rangoon was so good We got the crab rangoon roll a shrimp tempura roll I got the garlic ramen and then Logan got the spicy ramen Both of the rolls were so fresh it felt like they were melting in our mouths The ramen was cooked to perfection with spicy bold and rich flavors The pork was literally melting off as we were biting it We left with our stomachs full in a new favourite place that we are adding to our restaurant rotation here in Louisville, Kentucky.
