If you live or visiting Louisville, Kentucky and want to be the foodie of the group that takes everyone to the hot new restaurants, I just found one to add to your list that's opening up this fall. If you've seen this building in Nulu, you might not know what it's going to be yet, but I got a sneak peek at the new House of Marigold location here in Louisville, Kentucky. And this location is going to have it all. Trust me when I say this is going to be the spot that everyone's going to hang out at. From brunch, happy hour, rooftop bar and even private event spaces, there's something for everyone. With this sneak peek event, we were able to hear from CEO of House of Marigold Adrienne Cole about how this space is so unique and how she really listened to what people are wanting here in Louisville. Starting off on this first floor, as you can tell, it is beautiful already and it's not even finished. In this space, they're going to have a ton of seating, a bar and even a place for merch. One of the most unique details in this space are these countertops. A custom piece from Nashville, Tennessee, it really just ties in all the colors and shows the amount of detail that they put into this. And when I say no detail goes unnoticed, they even have pink toilets and this beautiful green in the bathrooms. We made our way to one of the private event spaces. We were able to see the cooks in the kitchen. I really loved this one. Then we made our way to the greenhouse and this is going to be all glass and can hold around 60 to 70 people. And trust me, I was already planning what event I could host here because it is just so pretty. We were able to see inside the kitchen and what they have for their employees that really just makes them stand out and a great company. Then we made our way to the second floor and once again, just breathtaking. On this floor, they have a little space for a DJ and I think it's really just going to make the restaurant seem so cohesive. And also just nothing like this in Louisville. We made our way to another private event space and then also to where the rooftop bar is. I can't wait for this location to open. What space are you most excited about?
