As an avid journaler, I wanna share some of my favourite notebook brands and why.

As an avid journaler, I wanna share some of my favourite notebook brands and why. First is the Midori notebook, and I have three different sizes here. This is for people who like cream paper. If you don't like cream paper, you probably won't like Midori notebooks. These are great for any kind of journaling that you wanna do. I have loved them for just my, like, pen to paper journaling in the morning. And it is fountain pen friendly paper. Also like just having kind of this, like, blank canvas on the front so you can kind of decorate it and do whatever you want. The other nice thing too is they sell these clear cases that fit most of the sizes of their notebooks. So if that's something that you like, then I would say that is definitely a bonus. The thing I really love about these notebooks is they lay flat really well. So no matter what kind of journaling you're doing, you're not like wrestling with your notebook. It just lays down. And when you're writing, it is a smooth writing experience. For me, that is obviously very important. Are on the cheaper side in terms of the notebooks that I'm mentioning today. And they're pretty accessible in terms of places you can get them. All of the notebooks that I am mentioning are in my Atlas Stationers storefront. So if you wanna check them out, you can head to the link. Next up we Have the Stalogy brand and I have the Stalogy 365 here. I don't use it like a yearly journal, but it is just nice to know how many pages you get. It has similar paper to Tomoe River paper. It's very thin, however, they use a different paper that's not Tomoe River paper, but it can still hold fountain pen ink. I have heard some people have had issues, but for me I use fountain pens in mine and I have not had any problems. It's really faint, but they do have an option if you want to include like circling the day and then writing the date. And there's a small timeline over here as well. I usually just ignore it. I don't use it in that way, but if that is something that you want or need in a notebook then I guess that's something good to know. I do all my prompt writing in here and this is all fountain pen. And like I said, I've not had any problems with mine. It's been really, really nice to write with and I really enjoy it. This is more of a bright white paper as opposed to the Midori which is a cream colour. Last but certainly not least we have Leuchtturm1917, which is probably my favourite notebook brand. I love these for my creative journaling and my personal favourite is the A5 and the soft cover which is this flexible cover so they make the hard back version as well and I've used that and it's fine. Notebooks tend to get start to get really chunky. It just gets really really heavy in my hands. I prefer the soft cover. The other thing I love about ly-strom is that they do come with a strap, so because I'm doing a lot of creative journaling, it's just nice to have this to kinda hold it all together. And they have a variety of options. They have lined, blank, graph and dotted everything. 2 is if you like colour. They have a lot of different colour options. So you know, instead of just like the Midori which is that blank cream. If you wanna add some colour and splash into your life then enclose your notebook, it's definitely a solid option because of all the colours they have. I know! There are so many notebook brands out there and there's still a few that I really wanna try I just haven't gotten around to cause I'm trying to get through my current stash. But these are the three brands I would say that I definitely gravitate toward the most for all the reasons that I'd mentioned.
