Every single penny of my 401k I would withdraw when I was younger. And now I'm over 50, planning for retirement. And if I think about it too long, it makes me sick to my stomach. Let's go back. I always knew that 401k money was for retirement. But when I was in my 20s, my early 30s, life, I got time. I'll make that up. And now I'm like, oh, you didn't have time because before you know it, you're going to be in your 50s or your 60s. You just you don't think like that when you're younger. People love to say, like, it could never be me or I don't even know if I'm gonna live that long anyway. Y'all do realize 50 and 60 years old is young. What do y'all get this notion that that's old? If you said 80, 90, 100 plus, okay. But y'all said 50 and 60 is young. Y'all are so funny. And the accountability is never there. The young lady in this video, kudos to you. You realized your mistake, you owned up to it, and you had to, you know, work your butt off to get to where you want to be for retirement. But if you ask any other person that that don't own up to what they do, well, I'm just gonna take the loans. It's my money. Life is short. I'm gonna buy the car with it. I'm gonna pay off a house with it. I'm gonna go on vacation with it. That's your prerogative. And here's a coping argument that they always use when you talk about saving a million, two million, three million dollars. Well, two million is not gonna be anything in 20, 30 years. It's gonna be more than the $10,000 that you have in your account. So which one would you rather have? The two to three million dollars or the $10,000 because you thought it wouldn't be worth anything? So you just let yolo and I'll deal with it when it gets there. Y'all make no sense.
