Top 5 fittest US cities

What US city would you say is the fittest in the whole United States? We're gonna go through the top 5 of ACSM's fitness index that dropped this morning. So basically, if you don't know, ACSM puts out the top 100 fittest cities. So these are places you'd want to live if you're a gym rat or you just love to be fit, be active. These cities are made for you. So basically, they base it off of the environment and off of the individuals. So the city with the best environment to work out outside, have green space, have parks, have good access to easy ways to stay fit. And then also, the cities whose individuals of that city are the most fit. So kind of the way we break it up. I'll show you the exact breakdown at the end of the top 5. I'm just gonna run through them. So number 5 was Denver, Colorado. Number 4 is Seattle, Washington. Number 3 is Minneapolis, Minnesota. Number 2 is Washington DC. And number 1, drum roll, the moment you've all been waiting for, again, is Arlington, Virginia. They have won this multiple times in a row. It seems to be a great place to visit.
