If you wanna make straight A's in med school, this is what I would do as a doctor now who finished just over two years ago and learned a lot of things along the way. And this may be an unpopular opinion, but what I would do when you start, especially if you're a first year, is get a calendar of all the tests you have this year. Just put them all down. You have anatomy this day, you have physiology this day, you have the second test this day. You know, know all your test dates and what are they on. And just make a list of everything you have to know by what times, and then get every piece of resource you can get your hands on. That's practice questions, whether it's Anki decks, whether it's more questions, whether it's canvas quizzes, whether it's stuff from your textbook. Any practice questions you can get, and just sprint right now, today, as fast as you can through all of those questions for the next test. You've got until you finish the questions once, then go back and do the ones that you missed. And then once you finished them twice, or at least the ones you missed plus the original time you did them, then I want you to watch the lectures. Unless you have mandatory lectures and you have to go. But go back and watch all the lectures on double speed. And then after that, cause that should pretty much tie everything together. And you have some gaps that you'll fill in with that. And then after that, the last day, right before your test, take all the stuff again, and you should just know it. It should be like review. And you're bored going through it all. But it's kind of. You're. You're like reaping the reward of all your hard work. Or now you're just super confident. You're looking at everything like, man, I know all this stuff. You're at the pool, you're chilling, you're just drinking you, a Diet Coke, you're just hanging out, looking through everything. And now you're good. You know it. And you may pick up on a couple things you need to just, you need to study a little bit more on. You study more on those. Now you feel comfortable. When I started doing that, I started making like 95 pluses on every test ever. That's the way. Don't listen to everybody who's like, you have to read everything in the textbook, you have to watch all the videos. And then the last second, they're trying to just now speed through questions, and they're not gonna remember nearly as much as you, cause you've been through them three times already. And then you watch the lecture at the right time. When you were having all these juices flowing, these questions from all the stuff you've learned, you wanted it tied together. And those lectures, at the end, tied all together perfectly and you just speed through it. So I found that work work the best for me. Earn yourself that easier method of studying. I know you know it is. Watching videos is easier than active recall. Earn yourself that though. Kinda like investing. Put money into your retirement. Put money into your 401 K Roth. You know savings. How you'll say everything first and then you get to spend the fun money at the end. So that's what I would do if I wanted to make straight A's starting med school.
