Sales is 20% the words you say and 80% your confidence and conviction. People don't buy because they understand you, they buy because they feel understood. Young people by the dream, older people by security, business owners by time, Alphas need to feel like it was their idea. Bets need a clear direct game plan and empowerment. Sales is 80-20. They talk 80% you talk 20%. Whoever asks the questions controls the conversation. Don't sell the steak sell the sisil of it. Stop yapping, don't over educate, sales is a dance. Sometimes you push, sometimes you pull back. People buy with emotion but justify with logic. Sell the gap between where they're at versus where they want to be. Don't pitch until you fully understand their problem. Make them sell themselves. Push past smoke screens, the first objections almost never the real objection. Objection aren't bad. They're proof that someone's processing a buying decision. Common ground is where the deal is found, identity selling is making the client live up to the person that they want to become after you say price, shut up. urgency isn't one spot left. It's the cost of an action. Slow down.
