You guys have to try this super easy recipe that the whole family will love. First, we're gonna cook our jumbo pasta shells until they're al dente. And then in a separate bowl, you're gonna mix together shredded rotisserie chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper until everything is combined. Now that we have our chicken mixture ready, we're gonna actually drain our jumbo pasta shells. Set those to the side. And then pour half of our jar of Alfredo sauce into a greased 9 by 13 baking dish. And stuff each shell generously with your chicken mixture. And as I'm stuffing the shells, I'm just lining them all up in my dish. And then we're gonna pour the remaining Alfredo sauce right over the top. And then take spoonfuls of pasta sauce and put that on top of each shell. And add a little bit more shredded mozzarella on top. Next, we're gonna cover the dish with aluminum foil. Then bake it in the oven at 375 for 25 minutes. Once it's done, we're gonna uncover it, pop it back in the oven for another 10 minutes until it's bubbly and the cheese is melted. We usually serve this dish with garlic bread and a Caesar salad on the side. This creamy chicken Alfredo stuffed shells recipe is so delicious, packed full of protein, and perfect for busy weeknights.
