Dump and Bake Dinners: Chicken and Orzo In a 9 by 13 inch baking dish, we're going to add orzo, chicken broth, half cup heavy cream, salt and pepper to taste, sun-dried tomatoes, one can artichoke hearts, drained, and then a large handful of baby spinach. And then we're going to season our chicken thighs with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. I did salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Next, we're going to nestle that chicken right into the dish and top it with a little bit of olive oil. Cover the dish and bake it in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Once that's done, remove the foil, mix it around a bit, and then add some parmesan cheese. Throw it back in the oven for about 10 more minutes. And that's it. Super easy, super delicious, and perfect for those busy weeknights. This is so easy. There's no excuse not to have dinner on the table. Just try it.
