So one question is y'all always ask me regarding Airbnb is how much do y'all need to get started. So for me, I most of my Airbnbs are in Atlanta. Um, in Atlanta, I feel like you can use 5 to 7k to really get started for maybe a one bedroom apartment. 2000 moving fees, 2000 towards furniture, and like a thousand something miscellaneous, get your TVs hung up, installation fees, um, whatever else may come up, pictures, platforms, fees, all of that stuff. And I feel like with that amount, you can really get started. And if you're sitting on more than that, you can actually get more than one Airbnb. And even to get started, you don't have the capital, you don't have the money, what do I always tell y'all? Business credit cards, credit cards, lines of credit, especially if you have good credit and you have some type of income already. If you go to the bank and be like, hey, look, I got the income, I got the W two, I got my pay stubs, I got my documents. I need some money. You know? Like Airbnb, I feel like it's not hard at all. The actual setting up part. I feel like the hardest part comes in the back end where you have to manage your guests, communication, you have to manage your money because at this point, you know, you have to manage paying the bills plus trying to see what your profit is. Plus saving for, you know, different stuff like that. It's really not hard. It's just everybody's stuck on how to get the money to start. But I try to be transparent with how much you really need and what all goes into it.
