When your business starts hitting consistent numbers then quit your job . I use the first few months of a new bnb to pay down my credit cards so the next month I can see my profit and have more capital to leverage

I am so tired of my minties coming to me like, oh, I'm ready to quit my job. I'm ready to quit my job. I still haven't quit my job. My Airbnb's are doing good, but it's a plan in place. Like, I'm still new to Airbnb. I started in like December. It's only May. And I ran up a lot of money, but I'm a strategic person. And on top of that, the first few you use in credit cards or even if you are your capital, first two months of the Airbnb is making your money back for me, the first two months is paying my credit cards down, paying back whatever money I used. And then the next month I'll start spending third month I'll probably spend that money I probably pocket that money. And then if you have multiple Airbnbs, yeah, you can quit your job. Yes, I eventually will. I'm too busy. My business is growing so fast and it's taking over my life. But this is not just something, oh, I get my unit, two weeks, oh, I quit my job. No. That's not how it works. Airbnb takes work. Everybody thinks that this is some get rich quick thing, which is not. I'm not saying that it's not, but it's not just something, oh, quit my job. Make good money the first month. No, that's not how it works.
