My airbnb business blew up too quick and almost failed. Like my Airbnb business really just blew up too quick. Um, even outside of me blowing up on TikTok or whatever. Like most of my bookings from Airbnb, like, are not coming from TikTok, they're coming from random people on the platforms of Airbnb booking.com. And my business blew up so quick to the point that it really just almost failed. But I saved it because I implemented a good team. So now I have a good cleaner I can trust. I have a VA that handles all my guest communication in one place. So I don't deal with my guests. I don't deal with any cleaning, anything like that. And now I'm not getting overbooked. I feel like I listed my units basically at the same time. And I don't know what happened. Glory to God. I just got booked out the frame. I had so many double bookings. Like it was just a mess. I had to refund some people, move some people around. Like it was just a mess. I'm like, dang, I gotta really turn this around. And sometimes when businesses take off, even before they take off, it's really important to implement a good team. And Airbnb, I feel like your cleaner is gonna act as your property manager. They're gonna tell you, hey, this is going on, um, they're gonna reset your units, all of that. And your VA is gonna make it to where you don't have to communicate with your guests. If you train them for about a week and tell them, hey, this is where everything is in my unit, this is how to get in the garage, VA can handle that from there. You don't have to be texting and typing people all day, answering the same questions over and over. How do I get in the garage? VA can handle that.
