How many times have you told yourself... "I'll start again on Monday"? 🙋🏼♀️ That used to be me too. I'd have one meal out, one night out or one "bad" day and convince myself I'd already messed everything up, so I'd keep the cycle going until Monday. The biggest change I've made isn't having more motivation—it's making my routine so simple that it's easier to stay on track than it is to fall off. My daily non-negotiables are always the same:
✔️ Track my food.
✔️ Hit my step goal.
✔️ Complete my planned workout. That's it. Yesterday's meals weren't fancy and there wasn't any meal prep involved, but they were high in protein, based around whole foods and took hardly any effort to make. The truth is, consistency isn't built on your best days. It's built on the days you're tired, busy, hungover or simply can't be bothered. Those are the days that really move the needle. Stop aiming for perfection and start building routines that you can stick to, even when life isn't ideal. That's where the results come from. 🤍 P.S. If simple, realistic meals are what keep you consistent, you'll find hundreds of macro-counted recipes inside my app, along with workout plans, habit tracking and everything you need to make healthy habits feel sustainable.
