I think, like, being gay, experience, it's a weird dating experience. I've always, like, prided myself in being able to talk about how weird it is. As a straight man, talk about what dating is like as a gay man in a way that I would understand it. It's very visual focused. My experience, a lot of the gay dating is online. And I think a lot of gay men find, like, community is online. Because they might live their life closeted for an outlet to be on Hinge or whatever dating app. The first jump is obviously aesthetics. The prompts maybe be charming, but I think it's very, for me very visual based, and I know I'm not alone in when other people online about my looks and how if I was ugly or whatever, my whole bit that I didn't have a boyfriend, I felt like unvalidated, to shut up.
