Hook

Their other posts in the index, biggest breakout first.
I developed a genius technique to do with OCD and you simply go, I don't give a fuck. Yeah, yeah, you just stop giving a fuck. And I know that's not easy to do because the thoughts loop, the anxiety is high. It feels so fucking scary and real and urgent. The reality of the situation is you don't have to care. You can allow all that noise to be there, all those negative feelings, all those looping thoughts and still decide to say you don't give a fuck. But what's much more important than saying it is showing it and the way that you show it is you don't do commissions. You don't try to get rid of the thought, you don't try to fix it, you don't review it, you don't seek reassurance, you don't avoid things. You allow that thought to be there without trying to fix it. And no matter how much it tries to make you give a fuck, you don't. And I've done this enough times where now I actually don't give a fuck. But if you're just starting off or you're really in a spiral. Any reduction in contractions is a massive win. Remember, it's never about getting rid of the thoughts. It's about changing the way you react to the thoughts, changing the relationship you have to the thoughts. Learning to sit with them, sit in that uncomfortable uncertainty without trying to figure it out or prove yourself and practicing non-engagement to the best of your ability.
