Instead of making the same meal again, I gave it a different twist with Japanese miso. It added such a rich boost of umami, and once the kids started eating, the whole pan disappeared before I knew it! . [Ingredients] • Pork belly 4 lb • Miso 2 tbsp • Minced garlic 2 tbsp • Shoyu 2 tbsp • Mirin 2 tbsp • Cooking alcohol 2 tbsp • Allulose 2 tbsp • Green onions 8 stalks • Extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp . [Directions] 1. Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and chop the green onions. 2. Add the miso, minced garlic, shoyu, mirin, cooking alcohol, and allulose to the pork. Mix everything well. 3.
