I started out with no hospital admin experience!! I’ve only worked on the clinical side (but that brings a lot of value on the management side). The MHA program at USC was literallyyyy a fast track for me getting my current role. Went straight from grad school into my current job! The program requires you to complete 1,000 hours of an administrative residency (hospital admin internship). The experience I got from my internship is one of the main reasons I got hired as a project manager!! I accepted my role a couple months before I graduated and started full time right after I finished school!!! :)) oh and I LOVE MY JOB AND IM SO HAPPY OVER HEREEE 🤓🩷 #projectmanager #healthcareadministration #careerpivot #corporate #healthcare
