Woman fumbles her "dream job" over paperwork!

I just got the worst possible news ever. I was supposed to be moving down to Tampa in three days, three days. Um, I got my dream job, I found a beautiful apartment and I was set to be down there on Thursday. And I received an email stating that because I submitted my documentation later than they would have liked, they revoked my hiring process. So now I don't have a job there. What are you guys asking why I didn't submit the paperwork? The paperwork that you're thinking of is like basic shit. Obviously I submitted that. And when I was given this initial form, I filled it out a lot and I sent it back and then they sent it back to me and they were like, 'oh, you missed a couple spots.' So I signed it again and then I sent it back and then they were like, 'oh, you need to get this notarized.' And I was like, what the fuck does that even mean? I signed it off, I sent it back again and they were like, 'no, like this isn't notarized and you need to get it notarized.' And I was like, what the fuck does that even mean? So I look it up. By this point, this was last week and I was in Florida looking for apartments. I did not have, I did not have the time to do it. And then the weekend came, all the places to go to were closed. And then come Monday, I went and got a notarized and sent it. And they were like, it's too late. Following instructions, meet deadlines, be a problem solver. This quote unquote dream job was in the area of social work. Social work involves a ton of paperwork and deadlines. And as a former HR manager, I'm here to tell you that the onboarding and hiring process involves paperwork and deadlines. Now, I don't know how old that young lady was, she claims she didn't know what notarized meant, but be a problem solver. Go to Google and type in what is notarized. And then because you fumbled, they moved on to the next. There's such thing as consequences. I didn't hear an ounce of accountability from that young lady. She posted more videos saying, oh, well, everything happens for a reason. And that's true. The reasons are, you didn't follow instructions, you didn't meet the deadlines, and you weren't a problem solver. And that's how life lessons work. You either learn from your mistakes or you keep making the same mistakes and life will continue to humble you until you figure it out. So now this young woman is left to clean up her own mess, and that's a good thing. Good luck to you, young lady. All right, bye.
