Went to Costco's, pick up. All I needed was to get a pack of batteries and toilet paper. And I get here and realize I left my wallet. So I see this. I'm gonna save a black couple. Me, hey, I'm dressed? Still. Still got my work clothes on, everything. I'm like, you know, would you guys be able to purchase this for me? Once we see what the total is. It's probably just 40, 50 bucks. Nothing crazy. Homegirl looked up and was like, I'm sorry. No. The fuck? So not just, hell no. I mean, those people did not know you. Where did this sense of entitlement actually come from? And then this whole comment at the beginning, it be your own people. Okay, well, go ask anybody. I don't think anybody in their right mind would purchase things for a total stranger at Costco. The information that you sent them is legit because people scam each other every damn day. You don't know these people. The Zelle could be fake. The damn Venmo could be fake. Who the hell knows? You don't know that lady. And just because you have on scrubs doesn't mean a damn thing. Have you seen all of the fake doctors and nurses on TikTok? If you forgot your wallet, the price of admission is to take your ass right back home, get your wallet, tell Costco I'll be right back and come back and pay for your items. Leave strangers alone.
