Daddy's making our Cocoa Puffs croissant

Cocoa Puffs infused croissant dough prep day at the bakery 🥣🥐❤️ Thankful to have my three kids narrating another bakery day 🥹 They’ve actually never tried Cocoa Puffs before. But thanks to our local food bank, I had the opportunity to try just about every cereal growing up, and Cocoa Puffs was definitely my favorite ❤️ Ironically, the kids are more excited about the leftover Cocoa Puffs cereal than the croissants themselves 😂 Don’t worry, once this flavor rotates out they’ll finally get to bring the cereal home. You don’t get to see the finished croissant in this video. This is just day one where we make the dough and let it proof overnight. Day two is lamination, and day three is baking. The part I’m always most excited about is making the mascarpone cream filling that goes inside the croissant 😭🥐 And yes, my kids are very excited for the World Cup final because me and my brothers can’t stop talking about it ⚽️😂 The matchup between Lamine Yamal and Messi is going to be legendary.
