It feels more like three separate machines, a steam system, a brew system and a grinder placed on one platform and connected through a single interface. The steam system is super powerful. The dual boilers and rotary pump deliver a fast and consistent workflow and the built in grinder makes the entire process incredibly convenient and repeatable. The grinder will probably divide people the most, especially those who already own or prefer a stand alone grinder, although it was solid for me over the past year. But even without it, I think Muraki would still offer strong unique value as a dual boiler machine with a rotary pump. So the final question, do I still enjoy using the Muraki after one year?
