If you're wanting to get into espresso, don't buy a machine until you watch this. These are espresso machines from Gemilai. Starting with the most expensive one, we have the Gemilai Whale. This is their top of the line machine. It has an OPV so you can get the perfect pressure for your espresso. And it has the E61 group head which pulls beautiful shots of espresso. The steam wand packs a punch and I was able to steam my milk in less than 30 seconds. This machine packs tons of features and is my personal favorite in the Gemilai lineup. Next for the middle price machine, this is the Gemilai Ele. Even though it's slightly cheaper than the Whale, it also has a ton of features like an OPV dial to get the perfect pressure for your espresso. The steam wand is super powerful and also has a temperature gauge so you know how hot your steaming your milk. This machine offers a little bit more guidance and like to perfect their drinks. It's a great machine for all the hobbyists out there. And last but not least, if you're not wanting to spend a bunch of money, this is the Gemilai Owl. This machine is going to give you the most bang for your buck. The steam wand is actually more powerful than any of the other machines. It has a smaller footprint and despite the price difference, it makes extremely tasty lattes. This machine is great for the beginners who want something with more power.
