This is the Panda Planner. If you have ADHD and you're looking for a system that can help you stay more aligned with the things you need to do in the time you do it, I recommend this. Now, I don't use a Panda Planner on its own. I use this in tandem with my Google Calendar, but they work together to keep me on track. Okay, so first, everything is blank. Whenever you start a day, it looks kinda like this. I like that. It makes you feel less guilty when you miss a day, and you feel more excited when you're filling out a new day. So it starts off, you put the date, what you're grateful for in the morning, what you're excited about, affirmation, what you're focusing on, and what you're working out that day. I don't ever really have five priorities. I try to keep it three to four, because I don't feel like I feel like I really only have three priorities a day. The scheduling part is what I actually love, what is actually happening. How long did it take? What? Things got moved. So you'll see. Okay, I thought I was gonna hit legs here. I moved it here, then I end up moving here, and then this didn't happen at this time, so I crossed it out. So then I move things here. I kinda see how my day is actually flowing, how much time these things take. And I have my task over here. If I don't finish the task over here, they get moved over to the next day. So then same thing. I like the schedule portion because it allows me the freedom to move things around. The thing about the Google Calendar is that whenever I feel like things are in the Google Calendar, if it doesn't happen at that time, I don't move it. I don't change it. I don't shift it. And then I can make better plans in the future. For how long did I think this was gonna take? How long did it actually take? What time did I think I was gonna do it? What time did I actually do it? And next time, I'm just gonna plan it for that time. And then I end the day with, like, okay, what did I? What did I do well? Will I not do well? And things like that. And, right. Look, some days I really don't even do much, for real. So it's kinda like, what am I doing? Then it's like, okay, I had a late morning, I did my oil pulling, I jump roped, and I'm not. What did I plan to do? What did I plan to do? Is in my Google calendar. What I actually do, and how long did it actually take? Is in my Panda planner. I absolutely love this planner. If you have ADHD and you're looking for something that might work for you, I recommend trying this out.
