the key to a makeup look that stays in place all day is a well prepped hydrated base so i'm putting the newly upgraded Bobbi Brown Vitamin Enriched Face Base to the test to see how well it keeps my makeup looking fresh throughout the day with Face Base without so i'm taking you along with me today to see if Face Base is still the go to for ultimate skin prep this makeup was done at 10am and my first stop of the day was at a work event 1pm check in with Face Base here's our first check in at 1PM still looking nice and fresh 1pm check in without still looking nice and fresh next check in is at 5PM this is after a full day of work and after going for my afternoon walk 5pm check in without the side i didn't prep with Face Base is starting to break up 5pm check in with Face Base and the blush is definitely not as vibrant compared to the prepped side final check in after a long day this is at 9PM the unprepped side is quite patchy at this point 9pm final check in without Face Base and my cream blush is hanging on by thread my skin is also feeling quite dry now comparing that to the side that I prepped with Face Base 9pm final check in with Face Base the makeup on this side still looks quite even the blush is in place the glow is still there and my skin doesn't feel dry at all safe to say the icon status is intact the upgraded Face Base still holds up and does a great job at keeping me looking fresh and glowy all day long
