new aussie sandwich shop in Parsons Green Parsons Green has a new neighborhood cafe that doubles as a wine bar this is Stubby's and if you couldn't tell from the aesthetics and the name this is Aussie-influenced on a Sunday morning. that means it was packed full of run clubs drinking the likes of an iced matcha with strawberry jam or a cold brew and maple sea salt cold foam I'm a sucker for a good sandwich and that was mainly why I was here we started with the Barry which is shiso porchetta curry sauce and smacked cucumber on ciabatta the porchetta still had a great crunch and the curry sauce is like a proper fish 'n' chippy we also got the Tamsin which is koji chicken thigh chilli crisp salsa Verde iceberg and Parmesan on focaccia I'll definitely be back in the evenings to visit again for a glass of wine or a stubby or two that's stunning as well
