A positive, proactive attitude spreads to your subcontractors and crew, creating a culture where people actually want to solve issues and keep the project moving forward. 3. Law of Diminishing Returns – “After a certain point, adding more effort produces smaller and smaller gains.” After a certain point, fatigue leads to mistakes, rework, and safety incidents.
