5 AM in the morning and this is a typical Friday for someone who works in construction management and heading to the job site. 6:14 AM. 6:23 AM. We're setting precast wall panels. So it's all hands on deck making sure the lift goes safely and according to plan. 7:01 AM. Once the morning work settles down, it's back to the trailer to catch up on emails, RFIs and phone calls. 11:05 AM. Finally, it's lunch break and this gave me a chance to open a package from Wiley X. 11:05 AM. I picked up two different pairs of glasses. The WX Jakl and the WX Founder. 11:05 AM. Their ANSI Z87.1 plus safety rated with shatterproof lenses. So they're built for the job site, not just to look great. Both pairs include a really nice hard shell case. I'm checking out the Jakl right now and this is the cleanest polarized shades I've ever seen. The colors are crazy and the frames are really cool too. The Founder is a classic look that has a timeless style to it. 1:34 PM. I got back to the job site after my lunch and handed business for the rest of the day. 4:46 PM. 5:39 PM. By 5:39 PM, I was in my truck and on the way home. I switched over to the Founder's for the drive. 6:50 PM. I made it home just in time for date night with my wife. Not a bad way to wrap up a Friday. 7:25 PM.
