I want to talk about how Africans and Caribbeans are really sleeping on the service based industry. Now, this one is personal and I'm coming from a culture where success looks a certain way. Doctor, lawyer, accountant, engineer, and anything outside of that looks less than. A cleaning business, logistic company, maintenance company. These are things that don't get celebrated at family gatherings. But here's the situation. The wealth that is being built by individuals that look like us, it's crazy. One, a letting agency can bring you thousands per month. Once you're in accommodation can turn your entire year around. But yet we send our children to university to get degrees that don't truly build wealth. The service industry is one of the biggest vehicle for wealth building right now. And our community is completely absent from it right now. And that needs to change.
