I had to let a cleaner go

I had to do something really hard today and that is remove a cleaner completely from this property. Now, I don't want to make it longer than the video, but there's so many things that you guys may consider as small. And of course, we've cleared up a lot of things. And that's problematic to just clean. And it sucks. And I'm sad because this cleaner in particular is new. So, hence why I have a sister. And for those that's part of the program, you'll understand that the system is detrimental to your business. You have to have in place trial cleans. You cannot entrust people with your work, your your business if they do cleans like this. And I'm not even going to show you guys everything. Like there's dust on top of like, it's crazy. If I show you what was in the toilet, she used the toilet, there was a log and she didn't flush it. And I told her, I told her, like, she was ready to go and I told her, oh, yeah, like, yeah, it happens. And I told her, like, yeah, it happens. So, moral of the story guys is, have a system in place because not everybody deserves business. And that even means cleanliness.
