So first add the glitch video clip. After that, go to overlay and add the video or photo you want to edit and turn the volume down to zero if you choose a video. Then, choose the video that you want to edit. Turn the volume down to zero. Then, choose the video that you want to edit. Then, zoom in on the video until it fills the screen. And split the video at the glitch section. Then, delete the parts of the video that are not needed. Next, go to remove BG and select Chroma key. Slide the center circle toward the hair.
