This is what happens when you put butter. I was doing some scrolling on TikTok last night when I stumbled upon this latte called The Salty Canadian. It's basically a salted maple latte, except they had an actual piece of butter to it. What was your first reaction if it was anything? Probably walking down to your coffee bar right now to try it. I put one tablespoon of butter, one tablespoon of maple syrup, and one pinch of salt into my espresso. I was kind of worried wasn't melting as I was stirring the espresso. So instead I tried to froth it together. This actually works. Pretty well. I was kind of worried how it actually tasted. This is so good. Imagine the buttery-est pancake that you possibly can.
