How did an underwater welder make $320,000 tax-free? Again it's all over the map but there was a guy a couple years ago who I gave maybe $6,000 to. He filled out a work ethic scholarship applied for money from my foundation and his resume was great, his references were great, everything about it was great. I couldn't give him the money fast enough and I stay in touch with a lot of these people because I want to interview them later. They can answer that question better than I can but this guy fell off the radar. I didn't know what had happened to him. His name's Jake and anyhow he came back on the radar a few years later and I called him just because we were doing a new series of commercials for Micro Works and I like to feature the people that we've actually assisted in these things and I thought he'd be good and I said how's it going. He said how's it going? I'll tell you how it's going. You gave me what you gave me. Mig welding and tig welding for the first year. I got promoted then I got promoted again and then about 14 months in I fell in love with this girl and I wanted to marry her but I was still you know I was making maybe $70,000 a year.
