Meta will pay you to train for skilled workers? They will pay you to go through the course, could be fiber optic, could be basic electric, all the construction trades. They'll pay you, cover all your expenses, plane travel, food, everything. Plus they'll pay you, and at the end of five weeks they'll guarantee you a job. Guaranteed. And if you decide, ah, I don't wanna work for Meta, or I don't wanna work on that project, you can leave with your certifications. Lowe's has committed $250 million to workforce training. Home Depot's right behind them at $100 million. BlackRock's like at $150 million. This is how crazy it's gotten. America's Workforce Academy is a five week pre-apprenticeship program on steroids, right? So I think what's coming is a completely new way to think about vocational training. I think it's gonna be like a Manhattan Project type thing. It's gonna just change the way we think about certifications, requirements, training and money.
