The reason why you don't like yoga is because your mat is from CBS. Every time you do downward facing dog, you're slipping and sliding all over the place. I'm a yoga instructor and I've also been doing yoga for 19 years, so here are my yoga mat recommendations. Starting with the cheapest option is the Manduka X Hybrid Fitness Mat. It's $82. It has great grip. It is very lightweight, so if you need extra cushion for your knees, this is not the mat for you. Next is a Nike Skims yoga mat. This mat has a nice smooth surface. It has good grip. It's a bit thicker than the Manduka X. It has like a standard thickness. Next is another Manduka mat. This is the Manduka GRP Adapt 2.0 Yoga Mat 5mm Carbon Black for $128. What I love about it is sweat activated. When you sweat from your hands or your feet, the mat kind of absorbs it, so it doesn't feel wet when you're doing hot yoga or whatever else. This comes in a standard length for $128 and an extra long for $138. If it's not in your budget to buy a new mat and you do have a mat from CBS, you can also get a mat towel. Manduka and Alo both sell them. And this will prevent you from slipping on your mat. You do have to use it in a particular way, so let me know if you want another video on that. All right, see you later.
