The kids who work as children have the best self-esteem. I've heard that. So don't do too much okay for them and always look for ways for them to be helpful. Because if you do too much for your children, you are raising your self-esteem by stealing theirs. And self-esteem comes from competence. When you feel like you can contribute, you feel good about it. It's true. If you're just demanding and everybody's doing things for you, you don't feel confident. Good about yourself. And people don't feel good about you. At the end of the day, when you give a kid, uh, the opportunity to solve their own problems, they build their self-esteem. They build their self-esteem. They get a little more confidence because confidence comes once the kid realizes that they don't need mommy and daddy of every situation. They get a little bit more. They start to be a little I think valuable. Valuable and they can contribute, just like he said. They're gonna obviously feel a little bit more self worth. So again, I'm no parenting expert, but I have observational skills and I've observed is saying is 100% accurate.
