The sad truth.

This is exactly why I don't watch sports. There's a reason why the Romans used to say that if you want to keep people distracted, you simply give them bread and. And it's because they knew that if people were fed and entertained, then they wouldn't question anything and they wouldn't think for themselves. And you see modern day sports is the exact same thing. People yell at TVs, they memorize stats, they argue over other players and they even wear another man's last name on their back to viciously live through them. And you see all of these things happen because they want to keep us distracted and weak. Because when you have something great going on in your life, you simply do not have time to partake and bread and circuses. So you can either be your own biggest true leader and create something worth building or you can live through other people and be a true leader on the sideline for them. big sports guy, you know, I'm not sitting there with a jersey and screaming and know the stats, but you know, every once in a while, you know, I definitely enjoy a good game. I usually wait till the steaks are a little higher like the Super Bowl or the playoffs. It may be true that, you know, that's still a form of bread and circuses. But at the end of the day, man, this is life, younger. Go break bread with some friends. Go watch a game, kick back enjoy and live because this life isn't going to be very long. Now, in 10 or 15 years, this young gentleman is going to come back for another pearl of wisdom and he's going to say, you know, life's not that long. Quit wasting it. Go enjoy. And then I'm going to play him back this. I'm going to say, wait a minute. I thought we weren't supposed to partake in bread and circuses. This guy in in Rome on vacation talking about he doesn't watch sports because it's bread and circus. So is travel
