What kind of content are you seeing and why is that working? The first thing that I'm seeing work better than literally any other type of content right now is green screen videos. I look at what is easy to get the repetitions in, because you and I have talked about this, the importance of volume in the beginning, everybody's gonna suck at whatever format of content they choose. It's unfamiliar, learning a new sport, a new habit, anything. You were gonna be bad until you get enough reps. I have had this realization when I moved to Mexico, I didn't know a single person I sold. If you look at my TikTok page from Mexico, I barely posted house tours. The craziest thing is, all the other realtors that said was house tours. My clients would send me their house tours, okay? And I'd talk to the other agents because I'd see them at events and I'd be like, please keep doing what you're doing because you're making it super easy for me. I don't have to show anything. You guys are paying all these videographers, spend all this money on these beautiful drone footage, house tours. And my client, sending me your videos and then buying that property. So thank you.
