Hi, I'm Gracie. I own Frontier Digital Marketing, a full service marketing agency based in LA, and welcome to part 1 of my series where I show you content ideas for your specific niche. A huge mistake I see across this industry is realtors posting photos like these, making their socials one big advertisement. So this means you need to be on camera providing some sort of value to your audience. The first idea I would give to a realtor is to create an educational series. For example, catering towards first time home buyers, since that is a large demographic. You can talk about things like down payment options, common mistakes to avoid, or even a detailed video about what the home buying process actually looks like. The next type of content I would suggest would be to do walkthroughs of every single one of their listings. We see so many videos like this of just random clips cut together with music over it. Instead, I would have a realtor mic'd up walking us through the house, sharing all the little details, making it feel like we were actually there with them in person. Lastly, I would create a series focused on the different cities that they have listings in. For example, tell me about the various schools in the city, local small businesses, or even the history about this particular city. This is such a good way to build connection as a realtor. Save this for inspo and let me know what niche I should share content ideas on in part 2.
