Here are some money moves that I made as a teenager that allowed me to purchase a home in 2025 for my family. Now, you can't really replicate this first one anymore, but when I was 16, COVID hit and we had unemployment checks. I was working, I got unemployment due to COVID. Naturally, I took the unemployment checks. I think it was like 800 a week or something like that. And to give a 16-year-old that had no living expenses, 800 a week, wow, wild work. So I took the unemployment checks. I took maybe 100 out of it, and the rest of it I put in Bitcoin. Now I just found out what Bitcoin is at the time. Bitcoin and Ethereum. Loki did me dirty, but it's okay. That's what I did. I invested in Bitcoin and Ethereum. It paid off. When I was 18, the day I turned 18, I got my first credit card. The same credit card everybody else uses, Discover it. But I didn't just stay there. I got multiple credit cards and paid them all off on time. I used them, especially for big, big expenses, and it paid off. My credit score is almost 800 right now. The biggest one by far was tech internships. I interned at the company I worked at now, two years ago, and I kept coming back. So I haven't done a tech internship since sophomore year of college. But it was worth it because I took all that money and once again, invested it. And I invested almost 80% of it in the S&P 500 and Nvidia. Those things paid off. So, a little research goes a long way. You know, if you're young, teenager, 18, 19, even 20, you can find yourself with some money, invest it. It'll be worth it. But invest it with proper research and maybe it'll pay off for you in a few years too. And one more last thing, while you're on this investment journey, make sure you track everything. Just so you know where your money is going. And I personally use Copilot Money to track all of my investment journey!
