Usually on elbows, knees, or anywhere on the body. 2. Contact dermatitis — caused by direct exposure to an irritating or allergenic substance, often with a clear border where the skin touched it. 3. Dyshidrotic eczema — small, intensely itchy blisters on the fingers, palms or soles. Linked to stress, sweat and certain metals like nickel. 4.
