If your eczema keeps coming back even when you're doing everything right, you're addressing half of the problem. This is how I explain to patients, eczema is a cycle. The skin flares, it calms down, and then it flares again. Most will treat the flare and stop, but the skin barrier doesn't fully recover on its own in between. Everyday things like a hot shower, the weather, sweat, can quietly destabilize it before you even realize you're headed into another flare. Triple Paste Eczema Care built a system around both phases.
