Here's everything I prep for my family of seven to make our week run a little smoother First, I'm restocking our Eggo waffles Eggo waffles are so simple to make yourself and have way better ingredients than most store bought options The trick here is to slightly undercook them so that way they finish off cooking in the toaster versus getting burnt Our family is split right down the middle with regular versus chocolate chips so we had to do a little of both Next, I made these egg bites These are so fluffy and they reheat incredibly in our air fryer I did some that were just white cheddar and some that had bacon in them These are substantially cheaper than takeout options and they're easy to grab on a busy morning We also had a mix up with our grocery pickup and I got a surplus of bananas so I made some banana chocolate chip muffins These are always a family favorite and they're so fluffy Then, I made some of our homemade Z bars from my Snack Stash recipe book These iced oatmeal ones are one of our favorites and way more cost effective to make yourself Then, I prep some of our cheeseburger bombs with this homemade dough These are great because they freeze well and they reheat in the air fryer really nice You can put whatever you like inside of them but we just did meat and cheese I also threw a whole chicken into our air fryer using the rotisserie setting This is one of the easiest preps because you just season it and the air fryer does the rest See the caption below for all the recipe details for this week
